个人简历:
1983毕业于西南农业大学获农学学士学位,1989年、1994年在中科院植物所分别获得理学硕士和博士学位。1983年8月~1986年8月就在于甘肃省农业厅经济作物处;1989年7月至今就在于中国科学院植物研究所,在此期间,于1996年10月~1998年10月在日本筑波大学基因研究中心做博士后,开展短肽植物调节物质PSK(Phytosulfokine)对器官发生的生理学研究和脱落酸诱导胡萝卜体胚脱水抗旱基因的分离及其功能研究;1999年12月~2001年12月在日本农业生物科学研究所做访问学者,开展植物激素调水稻株型蛋白质组学和CDPK(Calcium-dependent protein kinase)克隆及其功能解析。曾任中国植物学会细胞生物学与生物技术专业委员会委员,现任中国植物生理学会植物生物质与生物能源专业委员会委员。 任中科院唐山中心工程植物事业部部长。
2002年回国以来,注册基因20多个,申报专利4项,在国内外发表学术论文60多篇,其中SCI论文50多篇,累计影响因子达130多点,被引用720多次数,单篇引用最高为99次。其中,水稻伤害信号应答蛋白质组学研究于2003年发表在《Proteomics》杂志上,得到国际同行的好评,同年被第二届国际生物医学光谱学大会(英国伦敦)邀请为大会特邀报告;水稻灌浆期茎段蛋白质学研究以封面论文发表在2006年《Proteomics》杂志第11期上。

主要研究内容:
①植物逆境蛋白质组学研究,如水稻响应干旱、低温、盐碱、机械伤害,麻疯树应答低温,菊芋响应干旱、盐碱蛋,小泥碗癣脱水、低温胁迫等蛋白质组学解析。②重要关键抗逆基因分离及其功能研究,从资源植物麻疯树、构树等中分离克隆到30多个与逆境应答和生长发育相关的重要关键基因,如调控耐干旱、低温、盐碱等逆境基因表达的转录因子基因DREBDOFMYBNAC等,并对水稻、麻疯树、构树等进行转基因研究;③构树、麻疯树等资源植物产业化关键技术研发与示范推广等,其中,杂交构树已在全国20多个省市区边际土地上示范种植,在干旱、盐碱、沙荒地、矿山生态修复等方面具有广阔的应用前景。

获奖情况:
1、杂交构树工厂化快繁育苗技术。大连市科技进步三等奖(获奖证书号:2008J-3-34-01)。
