秦国政研究组

秦国政,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师 

        19774月出生于重庆市。2000年获四川大学学士学位;2004年获中国科学院植物研究所博士学位,同年进入植物研究所工作至今。2006-2007年在美国亚利桑那州立大学从事博士后研究。近年来一直致力于果实品质保持的生物学基础及调控方面的研究,作为第一作者/通讯作者在Genome BiologyPlant PhysiologyPlant JournalMolecular & Cellular Proteomics等刊物上发表论文20余篇。主持了973计划课题、国家科技支撑计划子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员等科研项目。

 主要研究工作:

    以番茄为主要研究材料,解析果实成熟和衰老过程中色泽、风味等品质形成的分子机制及其调控基础,为果实采后品质保持和贮藏保鲜技术的研发奠定基础;同时,也为培育高品质、耐贮藏的果实品种提供依据。研究内容包括:鉴定在果实品质形成和保持过程中发挥重要作用的基因/蛋白质,分析它们对植物激素、环境条件的响应机制;综合利用分子生物学、细胞生物学和遗传学等技术,从转录和转录后调控、翻译调控、翻译后修饰等角度解析重要基因/蛋白质对果实品质的调控机制。
