个人简历
毕业于河北大学生物系、中国科学院植物研究所,分别获得学士、硕士、博士学位。1985年起在中国科学院植物研究所工作,历任助理研究员,副研究员,研究员。1988-1989年在澳大利亚CSIRO作访问学者。2000年,2002年在美国The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation作访问教授。1999-至今在中国科学院植物所发育与资源重点实验室任研究员。

主要研究内容
木质素及逆境代谢的分子调控,以及植物激素与生长发育的调控及基因工程,主要包括:
(1)禾本科植物木质素代谢和其他次生物质与植物逆境的广谱适应性关系,木质素调控作物秸秆的抗倒伏特性,禾草类木纤维生物质的合成代谢和生物能源的开发利用等。
(2)禾本科植物新型凝集素的广谱抗性及其生物学意义,凝集素与木质素代谢的协同调控,新型凝集素结构域特征分析,以及禾本科植物特异基因的分离和功能分析。
(3)细胞分裂素对种子发育和叶片衰老的调控,小G蛋白的作用分析等。
(4)通过基因工程和分子育种改造调控植物的适应性,开发具有优良抗逆性状的转基因农作物、花草和资源植物。
