主要研究内容:
1. 植物极端抗逆的进化和分子机制
以极端抗逆植物为材料,通过转录组、代谢组、基因组和比较基因组等方法,为揭示物种环境适应性进化和作物极端干旱耐受性状改良,提供基因资源和理论基础
2. 植物活细胞和单分子成像技术研究
通过建立适合植物细胞蛋白质的单分子研究方法,实现单个膜蛋白运动参数的精准分析,为植物细胞早期响应的机制研究奠定技术。运用图像处理与三维重建、图像建模与特征识别的深度学习技术,分子动力学等手段,从多个角度揭示植物响应逆境胁迫的早期响应特征和细胞稳态的调控机制。
