个人简历:
1971年9月出生于四川省乐山市。1993年在黑龙江八一农垦大学获学士学位,1996年在沈阳农业大学获硕士学位,1999年在中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位。1999-2003年,德国马普植物育种所博士后;2005年,德国波恩大学访问学者;2009-2010年,美国加州大学河滨分校访问学者。现任中国科学院植物研究所复苏植物抗旱分子机制责任研究组组长。2006年入选北京市科技新星计划。近年来主持和参加科研项目15项,在国际学术期刊上发表研究论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利4项, 其中2项获得授权。已培养硕士和博士10名;正在指导博士后1名、博士生和硕士生7名。

主要研究内容:
植物耐旱基因功能与分子机制;植物逆境生长发育的激素调控。
干旱胁迫严重影响植物生长和发育。“复苏植物”在长期的进化过程中形成了独特的适应机制,可以忍耐>95%水分的丧失,并可在重新供水时复苏。为揭示其适应机理,我们对复苏植物旋蒴苣苔 (Boea hygrometrica) 展开了系统的组学研究,分析在其耐旱复苏过程中的重要基因和蛋白质,重点研究干旱信号转导途径及与激素调节、气孔调控、和渗调保护相关的基因在植物干旱适应反应中的功能和作用机制,发掘抗旱基因资源,创制抗旱植物材料。

获奖情况:
2006年入选北京市科技新星计划。
