主要研究内容:
1. 果实品质形成与维持的生物学基础:解析果实色泽、香气等品质形成及保持的分子机制,为果实采后品质调控及贮藏保鲜提供参考。
2. 园艺植物与病原真菌互作的分子机制:以番茄等模式及特色园艺植物为材料,运用植物病理学、生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学等方法揭示调控果蔬与病原菌互作用的分子机制。
3. 果蔬采后防病保鲜技术研发。
